Timex T309T Triple-Alarm Clock Radio with Nature Sounds (Titanium)

Average rating: Stars
Stars Features over Design
This alarm clock looks catchy because of the high feature list, however I warn you that this item is not actually well designed. There are several areas where they simply could have done much much better, but instead it seems they just threw the clock together.

The sounds don't so much sound like the ocean or the wind, but really just an injured seagul or static from my old TV. Waking up to these sounds are not really what I want, I was hoping to sleep to them, but the quality of each sample is too bad to be relaxing.

One thing this does get right is the large snooze button on top. However like other alarms if you snooze more than 4 times it shuts itself off. Of course this is an hours worth of snoozing, but I don't always know that in the mornings. :-)

Stars Better than most
I bought the CD version, but believe that my review still applies to this version:

After going through a number of really bad clock radios, I tried this one. So far I have been very pleased with its quality and ease of use. Here are some of the things that I like about it: 1. It is easy to set up. Like a lot of guys, I try to charge through set-ups, using the manual as little as possible. This product required only minimal review of the manual. That says something about the logical nature of its design. 2. Easy to use controls. A clock radio should be easy to use when sleepy. This one is. I can find the snooze button without difficulty and I never confuse it with the off button (also easy to find). 3. The sound quality is pretty good for a small unit like this. 4. This is not a miniature unit, but, still has a small footprint on my night stand.

Even if the sounds of nature feature doesn't appeal to you, this is still a good clock with lots of nice features. Defiantly worth considering.

Stars Display messed up in one month
Don't waste your money on this. The display got totally messed up in just one month. I bought it at Target and going to return it tomorrow. Good thing I saved the box.
