Wow, finally a movie about how much they want to destroy our president and country.

The title of this movie nails it on the head, our greatest President's two terms have been saturated with one needless stupid investigation after another, and the constant attacks by the press to try and hurt this great man have done nothing but show how truly great he really is. Every single wacko conspiracy theorist has thrown out their own version of how our president is responsible for everything from murder to corruption, and also for wars used for personal gain and an administration based on lies. Well as this movie clearly shows it is all just a vast conspiracy started by wacko liberals.. wait a minute this is about the hunting of our greatest President ever George W. Bush right? OOPS!

Is This a Michael Moore Film? Oliver Stone?

If the Clintons were in office during the 1970s, this movie would probably be called ALL THE PRESIDENT'S MEN. And, obviously, the tone would be a lot different.

Every single president who's been in office has had enemies. The truth is that Bill Clinton came to office and provided his enemies with a target-rich past and present of incompetence and corruption.
The guy was in trouble from Day One in office over his serial philandering...and yet foolishly blunders into the Monica Lewinsky scandal. The mantra that the Friends of Bill foisted upon America and the world--"Everybody does it"--just doesn't hold water.

As far as attacking his "hunters": it wasn't so much a hunt to find dirt on Bill & Hillary, it was more like shooting fish in a barrel.

My question for the most enthusiastic fans of this movie: what would you think of the members of a Vast Left-Wing Conspiracy if they found out that George W. Bush was carrying on an affair in the Oval Office with a 21-year-old girl?
Yeah.
I thought so.

The Intelligent, articulate and educated rile some folks

A watchable doco on the campaign to get Clinton let down a little by the constant interspersing of takes from old films to illustrate an event - eg, the FBI comes calling is shown by some scenes from a forties movie with tough guys in suits who
break down a door with a axe. Dozens of these scenes intended to speed up the pace of the viewing tend to trivialize what's happening although it must be said that by the end of the film Mr Starr does seem to be a VERY little man indeed. It's a sad commentary on the vox populi and the opposition parties who hunger for any details on a President;s private life which may discredit him in the eyes of a mythical Mormon aunty living in Utah - no he doesn't use the missionary position and therefore he is not fit to be President - illegal detention of prisoners, bombing other countries, supporting corrupt right wing governments hey, that's fighting for for our freedom! That's ok! A sad, sad doco which creeps up on your sensibility as it relentlessly builds its way to its conclusion. By the end I saw a certain noblity in Mr Clinton and felt that America had demeaned itself and seems a lesser place because of the events depicted therein.
