Fine product

I am using this on two computers and a single Antivirus by the same company on the third. Only problem was some clashes with Firewalls on gmail client. A bit tricky sometimes, but worth it to have the Norton protection.

Unsatifactory product

The program is tedious to install and since installation has made my system unstable. The antispam component does not work. Emails from friends on my address list are filtered out, while the program lets through the usual Viagra nonsense. Norton's solution to this problem is to suggest uninstalling and reinstalling the program. Getting real support is a challenge. Good luck if you buy this. I regret the purchase.

Problems

After installation we had trouble accessing our e-mail and the internet. We uninstalled program and are trying to find a solution to the problem. Our operating system is Windows 98.
